    I've mentioned this on a few other posts but give London and Country a call. They may be able to help - they have access to whole of market and are impartial so can find the best deal for you (including rates, fees, overpayments etc) - why do the leg work yourself when you can get a professional to do it for free?!. I'd also speak to your current provider to see what they can offer for comparison. We got our mortgage through L&C and they were brilliant. I am in no way affiliated with them we just had a really good experience
