Just picked my first rather large crop of the year and looking for some imaginative recipe ideas to use them up while they're fresh as I dont, think they will freeze well.
Any salad type recipes would be great as not keen on cooking much in this heat !
Thanks.

I'd eat them raw.
Slice up and add to a mixed salad with whatever dressing you prefer.
Stir Fry them with other fresh veg in olive oil, adding a dash of soy sauce at the end.
Lightly steam them, add a 'knob' of butter and ground black pepper to accompany whatever else you may be eating.
That's just what I'd do but I'm no expert when it comes to meal prep

I eat them raw as well more then cooked
Shred them into any salad, they are so fresh and crunchy
Look up nigellas noodles, got to be my favourite dish to use them up
Or just quickly fry then in a hot pan , a bit of butter, a spit of oil, and any flavouring you want (or not) depending on dish. I love them just stir fried through to soften slightly but full of crunch0 -
Stir fry with mustard seed, garlic and a bit of chili.0
