can anyone help my DH has received a letter from capquest this morning saying they are putting the payment up from 12 october. We haven't missed a payment they just seem to do this every 3 months.... Anyway we paid on the 1st october so does this mean they wll be taking another payment this month or next month?? I can't really pay 2 in one month!! He can't even ring them as he's at work til 9.30
