I haven't for hsbc specifically but do have lots of call centre experience. Dealing with angry customers will probably come up. Working for a financial organisation they would want to know that you understand data protection. Being able to strike a balance between great customer service and efficiency. You will have call handling times so need to be able to take control of calls to hit the required targets. Confidentiality. Not talking about customers outside of work or using a mobile on the floor. Good luck!0

Hi. I don't know much about HSBC but here are some general interview questions that are often asked. Let me know if they help

Is it direct for HSBC or Convergys? you can find examples of their interviews at the glassdoor website. Best of luck0

They'll be very hot on security, and doing the ID checks at the beginning of the call, so be prepared to be asked about that. Confidential information.
It's for a call centre so they will want to know that you have at least some telephone skills, so try to sound confident and bright on the phone. It's painful listening to your own voice, but if you have some way of recording it through your phone or PC then it might be worth practicing sounding confident and authoritative. You'll hear the difference if you make an effort.
Good luck
