    Thanks for all of the advice and the very kind words. So I would still like to sell my house and am wondering if there is anyone who has had experience of property crowdfunding.

    Thanks for your reply. Yes I have come across a number of companies who make all sorts of promises and then when I searched for more information I found that many of them were simply brokers with directors on multiple companies.
