You are so right! However, I can assure everyone on this board that I (and others) are collating much information and will be producing new guidance for IPA's under the new SFS rules as soon as possible.
The insolvency Service are struggling with this update and change too.


I intend to start to offer meaningful guidance in one months time.

Any news on what the sfs looks like and the impact it may have?

Have the OR's got to grips with it yet?

I am going to be pressing the button on my BR application in the next week or so.
