You are so right! It was much easier to give advice on S.O.A in the past ...sadly now we have nothing to base it on.
I would speak to your examiner to go through it together.
The insolvency Service are struggling with this update and change too.
I intend to start to offer meaningful guidance in one months time.

Have the OR's got to grips with it yet?
