Green banana flour or bread

I'm interested in food made from green banana flour since it has a high content of indigestible carbohydrate. I read that in Africa green banana flour is actually cheaper than wheat flour, presumably due to the climate. Does anyone know a cheap source of banana flour or bread (not !!!!!!! bread" which is made with regular flour and ripe bananas)? I could make it myself but I doubt my food processor would really grind it into a fine flour.
