Hi all,
I purchased some advance train tickets on Saturday for 9th September between Liverpool Lime Street and Winchelsea. This was because a few weeks earlier, Trainline allowed me to input an email alert for the journey there and back.
I assumed as my return trip is the following day, Sunday 10th September, that the advance tickets for that would be online yesterday the cheapest ticket I can see is for an offpeak ticket at £108 each! I checked first thing in the morning too. Can this be right? The return ticket is upwards of £200! It just makes no sense...

Check again in a few days - it's likely that the tickets haven't been released for the 10th yet.0

Interestingly, the Virgin Advance calendar indicates that dates from Thursday 7th - Sunday 10th are flagged as ' non-reservable' although all other dates in September apart from 24th are available
