I have a £27,000 Mortgage which fixed rate ends on October 15th.What type of new Mortgage should i go for another fixed mortgage or variable ?:o

    what does your provider offer?

    Thats basically what you have available considering the small size of your mortgage will prevent you going to many other lenders (where 30k or 40k is minimum mortgage amount).

  • It does depend on what are you looking for and your concern about rate rises. Obviously costs could be prohibitive on fixed rates, but there are still some competitive rates about with no fees
