Sick Leave

I am looking for a bit of advice.
On Monday last week (5/6/17) I was really ill, but it was my day off. When I was next due in work on Wednesday (7/6/17) I called in sick and later on I took a statement of sickness (SC2) form into the office and gave it to my manager, i said on my form that my first day of sickness was 7/6/17 (even though I was not in work on that day).
Are my seven days of sickness from the 5/06/17 up until 11/06/17 or from the first working day from 7/06/17 to 14/06/17? as they are no asking for a doctors note as I was off until 14/6/17

Officially, it's the 5/6 as you were ill that day, but it's up to you if you want to tell them that. If you've already said you were ill on 5/6/17, then you have to stick with that, so the 5/6 will officially be your first day of sickness.
As for the 'up to' date, were you supposed to be at work on 12/6 or 13/6? If not and if you were well, then you shouldn't need a sick note because 5/6 to 11/6 is only 7 days, (not more than 7).[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.
