What salary would you go with?

Admin type role with occasional telesales. Working office hours
Small, rural company, commute distance about the same.
Maybe falls into health & safety/construction industry based with what they supply.
Didn't realise I applied for one of those job's without rate of pay showing, now they are asking, really tempted to say on this occasion and ask if they can meet my current salary?
What is the minimum wage salary these days at around 40 hours? Does that come to about 15k?

You also need to find out if it is 40 hours or they take the time off for dinner so it would be 37.5, or a lot of them are now I believe:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :beer::beer::beer:0
