Its a sad state of affairs where people think they need an app for every given situation.
How exactly is an app going to correct small flaws in your technique? It isnt.
Talk to the experts. Even if its not paying for a PT, gym instructors are there to help you, just ask!0 -
You could try try Stronglifts 5x5. My wife recommended it to me as I don't like to think too hard.
I also hate public gyms.0 -
