I have a PCN from ParkingEye which states that the driver overstayed by 19 minutes. I wonder if the claim should be based on the lack of grace period, assuming 10 minutes to enter and park, and 10 minutes to leave.

I have checked the signage at the car park and there is a sign at the entrance to the car park which interestingly and amusingly has graffiti on it stating the word Boll*x Evidently another happy customer. :D

Anyway, because there is a sign at a low level upon entry, clearly there isn't a lack of signage.

just use the blue text appeal as shown in the NEWBIES sticky thread

add an extra paragraph that says

It is clear that clause #13 of the BPA CoP applies here and this will be one of the appeal points used at POPLA or in court if you fail to cancel it

and edit your last post so that PE cannot determine who was driving, these people monitor forums like this one

use THE KEEPER and THE DRIVER to describe people

you can add redacted copies of receipts or bank statements to prove patronage too

also complain to the landholder or MA and insist on a cancellation
