Undischarged Bankrupt - Attachment of earnings advice

Hello, I became bankrupt in Mach 2017, due to spiralling debts of 27k and no way to meet my repayments due to personal issues. Yes I would say it is positive. They have received your paperwork and are dealing with it, it's just unfortunate you couldn't get through on the phone to find this out. We know you can't be pursued for a qualifying debt that you were liable for at the point you were made bankrupt, so it should just be a case of the judge agreeing to cancel the AEO.

Fingers crossed it's sorted soon, do keep us updated.
