All it can take is a technical issue with one piece of software to have a domino effect on other system the bank relies on. If they have been having issues for a week now with producing offer documents and their systems communications with experian, then it must be being looked at with absolute urgency.
The best maybe you can hope for is once their systems have been fixed that your application is not too far back in the backlog and things move forward quickly.0 -
I understand the effect one system outage can cause but what I can't understand is how a week down the line, the systems are still down.
It seems that this isn't the case with every offer they are trying to raise. The broker has even said to me that Precise would call our solicitor to verbally make the offer which then Precise said to me when I called them directly they wouldn't do and wouldn't ever offer to do as the solicitor would need it in writing so I'm being fed lie after lie from every party involved.0
