Getting a Mortgage as a Junior Doctor

Hello,
Is there any advice out there re mortgages for junior doctors please? I've had a mortgage for many years, no issues, but having gone back to retrain as a doctor I'm now facing massive difficulties getting a new mortgage at all (to enable us to move house) as my employment from F1 until consultant will consist of multiple, short fixed-term contracts with various hospitals. Does anyone know of any lenders or brokers who actually understand hospital doctor training / contracts, and that a fixed-term contract does not mean unemployment afterwards, but conversely progression!
Several brokers claim they understand the issues and say they have better relationships with certain lenders and that they specialise in mortgages for doctors ("A Mortgage Now", "Wesleyan", "Medical Money Management", "Online Mortgage Advisor.co.uk", "Doctors Mortgages Online" etc) but having had my fingers burnt, I'm concerned these are just bold claims and that we're just hitting our head against a brick wall and wasting time / effort / money trying. Has anyone used any of these specialist brokers or succeeded in similar circumstances? Thanks for any input

We do this kind of work all day, every day.
They are not just claims.

A non specialist broker may deal with one Doctor a year and don't understand the pitfalls and how to avoid them.I am a Mortgage Broker

Online Mortgage Advisor is actually an advisory service. It talks through your specific personal needs with you and then matches you with brokers that specialise in your circumstances. It's an extra step in the process for getting a mortgage, but it makes sure you are matched with a company that understands your needs, so is likely to speed up the process.0
