  • I wouldn't be comfortable without savings of at least 3 months' mortgage & bill money in case I lost my job so it's a higher risk than I would take (but then I'm a naturally cautious person!).

    Fell in love with at flat offers in excess of £82,600

    There has been 2 offers of interest, no survey. I asked the estate agent how much would it take to get this house off the market and she refused to give me an answer.

    I love this flat, but should I make an offer of interest? How do I go about it? What are the costs?
  • Not sure about how scots law works, its a little different down here and dont want to get it wrong.

  • I put a note of interest in and will place an offer Subject To Survey for £102,600.
