I handed in my notice last week I'm required to give 3 weeks. My normal working hours range from 33 to 36 however this week week i will be lucky to reach 27. Can they do this to me? It's a small private company so no hr. Are they in breach of contract to do this as I'm now losing money hand over first for the 3 weeks of my notice if it carry on here

It depends what your minimum contracted hours are. Providing you are still getting at least that many hours then yes they can.
How many hours do you get paid for if you take a week's holiday?0
