No corkage venues Herts and Essex

I am currently planning our wedding, for 2018/19 and thought I would post on here for some venue hints.
The criteria is:
Exclusive venue
Herts/Essex
120-130 seated
No marquees or hotels
No corkage
Ideally able to offer the ability to use our own caterers
Light and bright- my sister is deaf so needs good lighting
Not a total DIY (i.e. village hall)
So far on the list is:
Great Lodge
The Reid Rooms
Marks Hall Coach House
The Reid Rooms- am really not sure on the inside of this though
Colville Hall
Dove Barns
Herts am struggling to find anything at the mo. Any ideas would be very much appreciated! TIA
