How long does it take for APS' CreditBuilder to enable?

Hi,
I think I had this card about 3 or 4 months ago and I still can't enable the CreditBuilder which is the main reason why I got it.
Tried ringing them a few times but Customer Service said they can't overwrite the eligibility criteria and it seems to be random from what I can see of it.
Anyone got any idea how long it takes? Is there any way to speed it up?
Thanks.

As far as I am aware there are no additional eligibility criteria for CreditBuilder. Not sure how you conclude that it is random.
Of course, in order to add CreditBuilder you do need a pay monthly account (an account with a monthly fee). For obvious reasons, it is not available with a pay as you go account (an account without a monthly fee).
As soon as you change your account type to pay monthly you will be able to add it with no problems.0 -
How do I add to pay monthly?

Why didnt you just get 1 of the credit cards for improving credit file eg aqua credit card.0
