hi ive signed up for quite a few rimmel but have never recieved anything is this the norm?

I have never received any before either

this particular promotion has been running since 12th September, with 10,000 lipsticks up for grabs...they may have all gone by now.

I think that it says that they take 6-8 weeks to come i applied for a mascara, nail varnish and lipstick in august so if they actually come it shoud be about beginning of november I think

ive recieved loads of rimmel but they do take longer than the 6-8 weeks they say
