Skye loans
Afternoon folks I have a surplus on my secured loan account and I am having quite a wait getting my money back from them ,I keep being told a manager needs to sign paperwork before I get my refund ,the loan was due to end Jan 2017 but because I had been overpaying the loan was paid in full July 2016 , it's only 3 weeks since it was brought to my attention the loan was paid as I got a letter from them saying they were releasing the charge on my property ,
Is this normal for loan companies to drag their heels like this whilst dealing with refunds ?

No, but that doesn't matter. Escalate the complaint and go to FOS if appropriate.0
