2 years ago i had pvc windows fitted through a finance option. through many phone calls to the finance company i found out that the window company have not passed on the relevant information, like the total lending i have taken. What are my rights if they try to take all the money

I would try sending a CCA letter to the lender. Then see what information they hold. From what I understand, If they cannot provide signed proper paperwork, then the debt becomes un-enforceable. If you cannot find any help here try CAG - I got my template there and they had to write one amount of because the paperwork was not available. They have a time limit to produce this also!0
