If someone is employed, say as a live-in housekeeper, and their accommodation, food, use of a car is provided, as well as a small salary, how is their tax calculated?

That perhaps affects the "small" salary but the OP is asking about the tax treatment of benefits in kind which may be involved if the employer did not deduct the full cost of the benefits.
Would they not be included on a P11D?.0
