Hi,
I have had my student loan for over 4 years and not payed it back due to not earning over £15k. My girlfriend has had hers for the same time and started paying it back for the past 18 months.
my question is, i want to go travaling to new zealand for 2 years and wantend to know if we have to inform them? would they only take money from us once we start work? or would they ask for money even if were not working.
