Student son contribution

Part time jobs and student loans were not considered income by my OR. Maybe things have changed or maybe my OR was sympathetic. The only discussion point was whether a 18yo student would become responsible for the council tax - my council decided not.0

Yeah I'm still confused about this. My son now gets student loan of 600 each month but I'm not asking him for very large contribution to household. After all he could choose not to get loan or part-time job. Can I just not put anything down for income from him but just declare a £40/month contribution from him. How does this get shown on my SOA?0

I don't know how it is from bankruptcy point of view, but for instance for housing benefits purposes adult is someone over 20.0
