Remortgage now or in 3 months time?

Options
My current mortgage deal expires at the end of December and I need to remortgage. I approached a mortgage broker already (London and Country, as recommended by Martin) and he said that if I want one of his deals I'll have to accept it quick because it won't last for anything more than 3-4 days  If you were in my shoes would you shop around now or wait to see what the rates do in Oct and Nov? Decisions, decisions....

I personally don't like brokers and other salesman who pressurise to "sign now"

  • Although if rates do increase you would kick yourself for not applying!!! Find out if there are any fees associated with pulling out - if not then there is no harm in applying now to secure a rate, and look again in 4/6 weeks to see if anything has changed.
