Remortgage now or in 3 months time?

My current mortgage deal expires at the end of December and I need to remortgage. I approached a mortgage broker already (London and Country, as recommended by Martin) and he said that if I want one of his deals I'll have to accept it quick because it won't last for anything more than 3-4 days
If you were in my shoes would you shop around now or wait to see what the rates do in Oct and Nov? Decisions, decisions....

I personally don't like brokers and other salesman who pressurise to "sign now"Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0

Although if rates do increase you would kick yourself for not applying!!! Find out if there are any fees associated with pulling out - if not then there is no harm in applying now to secure a rate, and look again in 4/6 weeks to see if anything has changed.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
