Given the OP also posted in the thread DW sports/Soccerdome Wigan Parking Charge one can assume the PPC is Parking Eye, and that DW refers to DW Sports.0
-
Then the OP must get his/her ducks in a row, we cannot go searching the internet for the details. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

You need to tell us more information. Did you appeal as keeper or did you give away the driver's identity? Hopefully it was the former.
What is the name of the parking company?
What was the date of the alleged offence.
What was the date the keeper received the NTK? (This is only relevant if you didn't give away the driver's ID.)
Why did the keeper receive the parking charge?
What happened when you complained to the landowner.
There are a number of template appeal points in post 3 of the NEWBIES. You should use all the ones that are relevant. These will normally include: -
Not the landowner
No standing to bring charges in their own name
Inadequate signage
Non POFA complaint NTK (if you didn't reveal the driver's identity.)
Lack of grace periods (if this was for an overstay of up to 20 minutes.)I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Hi, the driver parked on Dw members only car park not realising it was members only, it was chucking it down with rain with two children I. The car. The driver was taking the children to oxygen (trampoline park ). Paid and displayed and kept the ticket.
Got a letter through the post from parking eye, didn't read the letter properly and assumed that the thought the driver had not paid. Sent a letter with ticket asking for it to be cancelled as payment had been made. Did not disclose who was driving.
Letter came back saying not accepting as the offence was parking in members only !!!
Spoke to Dw who couldn't even tell me which part was members only as it's not marked out.
So I have come on here and found that exactly the same has happened to someone else.
I have read all the post on the newbies thread but I'm just getting confused about which parts I should put in the appeal letter etc as I don't want to get it wrong.
Currently I only have an I pad so it's hard to copy paste etc as the hubby is away in Norway the laptop has broken. My head hurts with all this and I. Nearly to the point of just paying it but don't want to because it's a genuine mistake.0 -
It does refer to Dw sports in Wigan yes, sorry for the vague post.0

Hi the offence was the 15 th of may date issued was the 19th of may.
The letter written to parking eye didn't state who was driving only. " I wish for the charge to be cancelled " but at no point was it mentioned who was driving.
Hope that helps
Many thanks0 -
