FBO I don't know your situation but really hope this gets resolved - not nice to be going through.

Jazee hope visit to vets goes well for Poppet!

Yorkshire Lass sorry to hear about teenage angst; we're going through similar and I think S is getting really emotional etc and hormonal stuff going on so more to come .... sigh

    ATB Indian takeaway sounds lovely!

Done the typing job I had in but more to come later. Got washing on, S is freaking out about going to a Festival and the Scouts are going (he's just joined but is in floods of tears just saying he doesn't want to go, though he's been every other year?) and Z is doing a Regatta in town. Think I may vacuum shortly. MIL around so I'll probably be dragged out to see her and be all nice and smiley grrrr.

Hello, me again. Just back from the vet who is very pleased with how Poppet's scar is healing, so from tomorrow I'll take her on short lead walks. LittleyDog is refusing to go out without her.

Just having a cuppa, then I'll do another MAD half hour.

Didn't get another MAD done as DH came home early from work, so I left him to mind the dogs while I went shopping.

Having lunch now, then will do another MAD.

    Just collapsed into bed.

Paid stuff was exhausting, house was a tip when I got home....

Just put the last of the clean laundry away and put the kitchen to bed. DH working tomorrow so I've made his packed lunch.

    See you all tomorrow x

    We're here!

Just hung the washing out, now having some fruit and yogurt, then we need to get ready. Football (again) then home for lunch then out to a nearby steam rally.

Must resist my mother inviting herself here again as she did yesterday since one of her respite kids basically tore through the house, went in DS room and wouldn't come out when asked :o DS is a bit miffed he can't get his nerf gun unjammed now. Happy to go out and about with them, but said I'd like her to tell him not to call DD names again

Can't see a lot else getting done really. Have a decorator coming at tea to time to quote for hall stairs and landing painting. I'm not doing it... Lol.

Oh, piggies have been in conservatory but back outside now, so will clean up in there when I've time.

Enjoy the rest of your weekends, everyone xx

    Morning

Eye still sore from visit to optician on Friday but nothing really visible, other than maybe a little bit of puffiness. Hoping this doesnt stop me getting out on the bike later or I will not be happy.

Bright and breezy here, but not exactly blazing hot! First load of washing out on line, will do our sheets when DH gets up.

Glad Poppet is on the mend. And Mumof2 its hard. DS2 is polite to us, keeps his room tidy and does (mostly) what he is asked to do. He just spends 90% of his time in his bedroom or out and sometimes it feels like having a stranger in the house. His Dad can talk sport or politics to him but with me I just feel like there is nothing that connects us any more. And because I dont really know what is going on with him I worry, probably unnecessarily.

Anyway, no real plans for today, house is reasonably OK, want to get some laundry done.

Have a good Sunday everyone x

All good intentions binned as I am in so much pain I can't even think straight.. patience level 0, pain level about 8 or 9.. one step further and I won't be able to confine crying to when noone is looking.
