                    Hello Team
I'm concerned about my recent payslip from my employer after jury service.
They said I can take it as unpaid leave. So after the 7 days service I reviewed my latest payslip.
They calculated as a normal monthly payment minus the tax and insurance etc. Which left as my nett would of been.
After this, was their calculation as deductions; they minus the 7 days off as a gross amount.
It seems wrong to me.
It has resulted in me being taxed and Nat insurance on they days I wasn't there. Then to minus the 7 days as a gross amount.
I'm very confused and think they have this wrong.
Please advise.
