SIPP and the people's pension

DH has a SIPP can he also contribute into the workplace pension or are there limits on the amount he can contribute? TIA

You can contribute to several pensions every year.
The limits are qualifying earnings, normally salary or self employed income with a few other things, so you can't pay in more than you earn.
If you earn over £40k then that is the limit, unless you can carry forward unused allowance from previous years.0
