Cheapest Personal Loan?

Hi, i am after a personal loan to replace my finance on my car. My settlement figure is £6300 on the car but am looking at only borrowing £5500 plus adding to this from savings to pay it off, what i would like to know is there a loan that would let me pay extra on top of the standard thus reducing the the interest and paying if off quicker. I had a Cahoot loan a few years ago and that would allow over payments and it was easy to do. £5500 over 3 years is about £170 p/m but i am hoping to pay an extra £200 most months to get rid of this as i want to get rid of it and then put all my money into the mortage.
Any ideas?
