1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 16 years or over, except employees of UK Getaway Holidays and its group companies, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. To enter our prize draws, entrants must submit their requested contact details and information to UK Getaway Holidays. Entry is restricted to one per person. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries, or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
5. All entries must be received by midnight of the specific date announced.
6. The Promoter will contact the winner by telephone or email within seven days of the closing date of the draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. Should a prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. The winning entrants will win the prize as described.
9. The prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of UK Getaway Holidays.
11. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of UK Getaway Holidays or the Promoter, and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

Is it just me or does it look a bit spammy? Can't find anything about a UK Getaway Holidays when I Google it, doesn't look like they have a website, which is odd for a supposed holiday company.

I thought the same tbh. I'm not exactly sure what they do; but, I do know someone who recently won a vouchers competition, which was hosted by UK Getaway Holidays.

UpViral is legit, its platform that companies use to manage competitions. I've seen quite a few companies use UpViral.

I thought it smelt a bit fishy too so I messaged them to ask for their ABTA/ATOL number. They replied that they are not a holiday agency and don't sell holidays or flights directly.....
I also asked for the T's&C's for the latest comp, they mention apply, they gave me a link and said that when you enter you are automatically sent an email that directs you to them. My response was that they should show the T's&C's BEFORE entering so people can decide whether to enter and if they're eligible. I also asked who won this comp - they've yet to respond again.
