Nice idea, pbr - but, in fairness she COULD have given me change for the £1 coin, in pennies (I probably would
) or I could have bought more bread, but that would have been greedy. :rotfl: :rotfl:
Enjoy your night out. :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

£39 at the dentist having a broken root extracted : an old crown collapsed and not enough left to save. Shall get half back via HSA, so cost to me £19.50!
£1.45 posting an e-bay parcel : money is in paypal, so really NS.
£16.70 for holiday photos - local shop does them for 10p a print.
= £36.20 total cost.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
1.50 on soup for lunch. This is because I decided to have my frozen lunch for dinner instead to avoid me feeling hungry when I'm in the pub and being tempted by expensive food. If my motivation lasts I will drink water in the pub but I'm only seeing one person tonight so it would be a good opportunity to have a drink without having to get into a hugely expensive round situation. So maybe a few quid more.MFi3 member 105 - MFW date Oct 2023 - 12 years 9 months more0
