Are they a member of the Credit Service Association?

If so, that's the DCA trade body and you can complain to them about their conduct.

However, complaining about their inability to do a court claim properly, while hilariously poor form on their part, is counter to your interests.

After all, if they were competent, you'd actually have to defend the case, instead, well ETA to the judge in this case getting bored and striking this out completely: Around a month or so?

They appear to be new kids on the block, as they only have interim permission from the FCA, this from there website :

"We are members of the Credit Services Association (CSA) and are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority."

"Asset Collections and Investigations Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for accounts formed under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (amended 2006) Interim Permission Number: 470604. Data Protection No: ZA116228 Company Registration No: 03775287. Registered address: 145-157 St John Street, London EC1V 4PW"
