    What could possibly go wrong?

It's not like you ever see anyone hideously scarred by cosmetic work - is it? :o:(
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

Unless you have family and/or friends in Wroclaw, people that can help out with lodgings/travel/translation, I would avoid using non-UK surgeons.

Surgery is not a trivial choice, and should not be under-estimated.

I have had three lots of plastic surgery (NOT cosmetic surgery, and there is a big difference). Two were fine but one went badly, involving infection and a serious medical outcome of chronic regional pain syndrome.

Because I was local to my doctor, the surgeon and the hospital - and it was all NHS - I was able to get through this. Heaven forbid that you have to travel and sort it all out yourself, and at your own expense.
