Pension Tracing service : possible improvement

Recently used the DWP Pension Tracing service using their web site
It was for my wife, and we made 6 or 7 trace requests for company names using their on line form
So today ( 1 month later) , we get their responses in 6 different emails, with current name of pension holder and address we should write to
But since these are old schemes, the names we get back bear no relation to the company names we entered on the web form
So we still don't know exactly which pension company relates to which employment.
Surely would be simple enough for them to make some reference to the company name you entered on the form in their response email so you know which is which ?

A perfectly valid complaint but it's unlikely to be worth the effort of changing the system. Not that many people lose track of 6 or 7 different pensions and usually it would be pretty easy to work out. If I used to have pensions with Bloggs Cardboard and J Doe Steel and the DWP tells me I now have pensions with DS Smith and Tata it's pretty obvious which is which.
Does it really matter when you'll be writing to all of them asking for full details of what you have now? Her name and National Insurance number should be sufficient to enable them to identify her even if she doesn't know which membership number she should be using..
Googling the old names with the new might help, or if you post the names here people might be able to help you.0
