How can I find out when I claimed JSA?

Is there any way to find out when I took JSA a couple of years back?
I need it for a security form for some contractor work.

Do you have no paperwork or access to your bank statements from that time?

You could try calling in to your local JC, with ID, and ask if they can tell you. Some will be helpful, others less so.

I done this recently for my employment vetting. Contact your Jobcentre or Work Coach and ask them for the phone number so you can put in an information request to the correct department.

I requested the information as a document and they sent me the dates by post within 3 days. Be sure to tell them which dates you would like the document to cover.
