Exactly

Thanks for your help, NatWest have now asked for 3 more payslips totalling 6 months. This is not a drama to supply. But I'm wondering if that means they have looked at the bank statements and the payslips and decided they need more payslips or would they do it segment by segment ? Im a little worried about the bank statements as this move came out of the blue and we have spent loads recently paying for all our events for the year etc etc0 -
I think requesting 6 months payslips isn't unusual with NatWest - I received an email from our NatWest branch mortgage advisor to have X 6 months available (just in case)! They're looking for consistency in income
Hope all goes well.
ps - apologies to raise the same point as before, just wondering if your experian credit report was checked in addition to the equifax?0 -
They normally only want 6 months payslips if your wages fluctuate I think, or if you are using bonuses/overtime.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I think you should be fine, my partner had 1 lp fee and ours has been approved! Bank of Ireland instead of Natwest but i work for Natwest and my broker did say they are usually good with stuff like this.
like acg, i used to work on cc and its not unusual at all for residual interest not to be taken into account so don't feel stupid! Good luck with your app x0 -

The thing that gripes me a little bit was I did not receive a letter until 2 months after, the lender has said to me because it was such a small amount, that they did not write to me straight away. When they letter came I rang in and paid it.0 -

You would have received a statement the following month, the same as every month.0 -
That's the thing, I had cleared the balance so didn't look at it as it's online.0

Hi,
Any news on the Experian report? Did NatWest check it?
Thanks for your help.0
