Help! Panasonic Granary Bread Recipe (I've lost my recipe book)

Hi, Does anybody have a Panasonic bread maker and the recipe book that comes with it?

I have mislaid my book and I need to get a loaf of bread on asap. Being pregnant, I can't for the life of me remember the recipe that I have used a milllion times already.

It's the granary large loaf one, it takes 5 hours and involves the following

Granary Flour
Salt
Yeast
Water
Sugar
Milk Powder

I think thats everything, I just can't remember the quantities!!!

I would be so grateful if somebody has the book and they fill in the quantaties for me. I've searched and searched on this site and the internet in general and I can't find it anywhere!

I've got guests coming at 7pm and the clock is ticking! Plus being 38 1/2 weeks pregnant I am dreading having to waddle to the shop :D
