Landmark - final credit check?

I currently have a mortgage with Landmark (previously NRAM, previously Northern Rock) I am going through a change of parties where I am removing my ex partner from the mortgage. All credit checks, bank statements etc have been passed, a formal offer issued, all paper worker signed by ex partner, all bankruptcy searchs etc carried out and fine (a credit check took place at start of process and also just before the formal offer was sent to solicitor). solicitor has sent back all paperwork and apparently it has now been sealed and will be sent back to change of parties team who will send it out to my solicitor so they can inform the land registry.
My question is: will Landmark do another credit check? This process has gone on for 6 months and I want to pay for my holiday deposit on my credit card but scared in case they check again?

Any advice?

Lenders do reserve the right to do last minute credit checks and dependent on your affordability, it may be wise to avoid showing a large credit card balance just now.
