Can employer deduct overtime pay as well as normal pay when sick on apprenticeship?

Yes, if you worked 30 hours one week you should be paid for 30 hours that week.
I would suggest that you ask your employer to give you a breakdown of the hours they have you recorded as working, and how they have calculated your pay.All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -
I think OP is trying to say they did 30 hours a week but they have not been paid for them (£430 would be the monthly salary for a 30 hour week). Is that correct OP?
If so, ask for a breakdown of how many hours you have been paid for each week. Come back to us with that.
Thank you! that's the one
I'm waiting on my manager to respond to me. apparently she's out of town for a few days

If you're normally paid £430 per week, is that just for a 30 hour week? And then your overtime is unpaid? Because that seems to be what you are saying.
If your overtime IS normally paid then I'd expect to earn less in a week I had not worked any.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
30hr* £3.50 = £105pw that's £455pm(52/12) no idea where the £430 is coming from.0

I think I was thinking previously before the government apprentice wage increase as that was what I used to get a month you see. "No one can change the past.
