A broker might not want to deal with you now because they have a) read this thread or b) think you are a timewaster.
Just keep playing with the mortgage calculators until such time as you want to apply.
If you don't fancy a broker because you think they won't put your case to a lender in the way you want go direct to any Building society or high street bank and see what they say.0
