Should i get a loan as rates are so cheap?

I'm saving for a house deposit at the moment. I have £7k credit card debt at 0% which arose several years ago. I have just enough savings to pay this off, but as I'm putting the money away for a house deposit and the CC debt is at 0% for another 2+ years, there seems no value in wiping out my savings to pay off the CC.…

A broker might not want to deal with you now because they have a) read this thread or b) think you are a timewaster.

Just keep playing with the mortgage calculators until such time as you want to apply.
If you don't fancy a broker because you think they won't put your case to a lender in the way you want go direct to any Building society or high street bank and see what they say.
