Can you get white fillings on the NHS here in NI?

Most NHS dentists will charge extra for this, mine certainly does, although I did get a visible one at the front for no extra charge, back teeth filings are bog standard grey.I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0

I asked my dentist about these a couple of years ago. They won't replace old fillings unless required (becomes cosmetic otherwise) and the white option is an additional £56 per filling. You need to ask in advance of the treatment beginning though i.e. as soon as they say 'you need a filling'.0
