Rushed into opening HTB ISA

Hi guys! I hope everyone is well.
Over the weekend I started a htb isa with Barclays for the 2.27% interest. After opening the Isa and depositing the max £1200 into it I have realised that with me being able to save much more than £200 a month, I wish I had opened a Lifetime ISA first instead as I can put the £4k a year in. My question is this, providing the skipton LISA does allow transfers in, if I transfer this ISA over to a LISA will I still be able to open another htb ISA next tax year?

Thank you very much ahead of time.
Regards,
Pete
