Ok so few years ago (2015) had a current account with HSBC/savings account.

Shut HSBC Current account down but savings account stayed open (wanted different current)

Secure key broke so reset detail...

Now I reset my details today (Forgot them after a few years) told me to ring number to reset login' Found out my telephone banking code is locked out tried to reset it but told advisor told me to go branch don't wanna do that as it hassle...

Can it be reset via the phone?

    What's more hassle - going to a branch, or having a locked account?

    Ok I have unlocked account, and got digital secure key

    I am then gonna close it down But before I do that I sent them A secure message to order all Statements from old account 2004-2015 (Closed now) & Loyalty Cash ISA.. I Just want a neat copy of each statement as like to know what I have spend over the years (Hopeuflly they can do it for me) as don't have all of them etc...
