    you just need to get it up to the 15 characters to get it accepted so just add a please or similar.

    I PMd them on FB and they said to try more words. I had already done this, but tried again. Still wouldn't go through. Tried with another email address and it went through ok. Weird as I tried this email address yesterday and it didn't like it.
