ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to entrants globally who enter their details on the competition page hosted on daisyjewellery.com. This excludes employees, officers and directors of Daisy Global Ltd (“the Promoter”), its advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families

The competition is open from 28.5.2017 – 25.6.2017 – entries received after the closing date will not be eligible for admission into the competition.

No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
Once you click the submit button your entry will be submitted.
PRIZE DETAILS
First Prize consists of a 4 night stay in a classic retreat bed and breakfast basis worth £800 for you and a friend plus £500 of Daisy jewellery.
1 complimentary yoga class.
Flights and other travel not included.
Return airport transfers from F Zeen however are included.
The winner and guest must be 18 years of age or older.
No cash alternative is available; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
WINNER SELECTION
First prize winner will be chosen at random by Daisy Global Ltd in a prize draw.
Entries cannot contain materials embodying the names or other indicia of, or identifying any person, living or dead (other than yourself), unless appropriate permission and releases have been obtained for your use of such material in your entry.

Prize winner will be notified by Tuesday 27th June via email giving instruction on how to claim and find out further details of their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted by the end of the working day, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner and award the prize to this entry. The Promoter’s decision is final.

F Zeen Retreat prize is redeemable September and October, subject to availability.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value in the event of non-availability of the stated prize if prize described above cannot be awarded for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
£500 worth of Daisy London Jewellery is calculated at the current retail price.
Delivery of the competition prize will be awarded within 2 weeks.
Proof of identity may be required in order to claim the prize.
The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering this promotion or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in connection with this promotion.

Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries submitted by or via third parties or syndicates, entries submitted by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.
