1. One lucky customer can win an overnight stay for up to 4 people in a two-bedroom Woodland Lodge in Knight’s Village at Warwick Castle, which includes:

• Two-day Priority Entrance to Warwick Castle (excludes entry to The Castle Dungeon).
• Two-day parking for one vehicle.
• Breakfast per person
• Guests can check in to the Knight’s Village from 4pm on the day of arrival and must check out by 10am the following day.

1. One overnight stay in total. One Woodland Lodge ONLY will be allocated to the winner; prizes cannot be changed or swapped for cash value.
2. Dates must be mutually agreed between the winner and Warwick Castle.Warwick Castleshall have the right to approve or disapprove the selected dates in its absolute discretion.
3. Dates are subject to availability. Please note Bank Holidays are excluded. The prizes must be claimed and trips taken between Friday 21st July 2017 – Saturday 2nd September 2017, subject to availability.
4. Prizes are valid for up to 4 people. All entrants and the winners must be 18 or older or have signed authorisation form from a parent or guardian who must be in attendance for the trip. Proof of identity and age may be required. Entrants from the UK only.
5. In the event that any winner refuses acceptance of the prize or, for whatever reason, cannot accept the prize, or if the Promoter is unable to make contact within any winner within 7 days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.
6. The prize can only be used as stipulated, are not transferable to another individual and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or ticket. The prize must be taken as a complete package. Any purported or attempted transfer or sale of or other misuse of the day entry tickets will render them automatically void.
7. The winner and their companions are responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including any necessary travel arrangements within the UK, facilities at the attractions, spending money, telephone calls, personal items, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental costs, any additional hotel rooms, all alcoholic drinks, meals or refreshments, or taxes or expenses which may be incurred by the winners in claiming the prizes.
8. Prizes are subject to availability and subject to Warwick Castle’s terms and conditions.
9. In the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, Warwick Castlereserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prizes at any time but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
10. In the event of a prize being unavailable, Warwick Castle reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Tickets will be dated.
11. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain shows and attractions. Warwick Castle reserves the right to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of shows and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.
12. This competition is not open to employees or families of the promoter and
    other connected parties.
13. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to supply the correct personal information and the correct postal address. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information, postal disputes or other causes beyond its control.
14. By taking part in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by any winner may result in forfeiture of their prize.
