Nivea sun cream kids ok fot adults too?

I bough some Sun tan spray earlier - Nivea Kids 50+, it was an offer 2 for £8 (£5 each). The adults was 2 for £12 (£8 each).
Bought the kids version for my niece and nephew as I often take then out.
Was wondering if the kids one is ok to use on me also?

Quick answer: Yes. The children/adults thing is more about marketing than efficacy, if a product blocks the sun for the child, it'll block the sun for you as well. When buying, check the star rating as well as the SPF.
With most sunscreens, liberal application is advisable. Also don't forget about covering up/wearing a hat.
